February 2, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)
Repaired back of antique wardrobe & moved it to bedroom
Moved several pieces of furniture in bedroom

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with Trader Joe's Vit. C powder & NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract; 2 organic pasture eggs scrambled with Trader Joe's Red Pepper Flakes & chives in Organic Pastures Raw Butter 
Snack - filtered water
Lunch - Grilled cheese sandwich of 2 slices Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (toast) with Greenbank Farm Raw Cheddar Cheese & Organic Pastures Raw Butter
Snack - filtered water
Dinner - homemade biscuits; homemade tomato/onion pasta sauce; Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelle Pasta; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - homemade raw almond milk
