February 6, 2012 - Exercises & Meals

Exercises:
Walked around 1 store I serviced for 2 hours
20 counter push-ups (10 forward/10 backward)
Worked in garden for 2 hours

Meals:  
Breakfast - organic lemon/organic local raw honey/filtered water with NOW MSM powder & Nature's Answer Astragalus Extract; Banana Chocolate Chia Pudding
Work Snack - organic raisins; organic raw sunflower seeds; white chocolate chips; filtered water
Lunch - Organic Spring Salad with shredded organic carrot & sliced natural black olives; filtered water
Dinner - Manas Ranch Organic Lamb Shoulder; homemade tomato/onion pasta sauce; Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelle Pasta; homemade raw almond milk
Snack - Annie's Cinnamon Bunny Grahams with Organic Pastures Raw Butter; filtered water
